• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base. • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for events, airtime, sponsorships, and digital ad inventory. • Develop and present client-specific proposals and multimedia advertising packages. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base and retain existing accounts. • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for integrated multimedia campaigns. • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners. • Act as the primary liaison between Capital Group and the client throughout the sales cycle. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular proactive engagements and by addressing client feedback whilst collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. • Collaborate with Events, Marketing, Creative, and Production teams to develop integrated campaigns. • Prepare clear campaign briefs, follow up on execution, and track performance metrics. • Ensure timely delivery of advertising content across radio, digital, and events. Coordinate with Traffic, Production, and Digital teams to ensure advertising content is delivered and executed as per client agreements. • Serve as the liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve ad placement issues. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. • 3 to 5 years experience in media sales, advertising, or account management. • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital advertising, and media planning.
