The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. About the Role The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, performance management support, staff development initiatives, and employee relations. The successful candidate should have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
