• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. • 3-5+ years managing IT or digital transformation projects, ideally with enterprise system implementations (ERP/CRM/MES/eCommerce). • Strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience leading change management for technology rollouts. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred. • Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams. • Strong organizational discipline across multiple concurrent projects. • Persuasive communication to drive adoption and manage change resistance. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. • 3-5+ years in information security, with experience leading analysts or a security operations function. • Working knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, SOC operations, and digital forensics. • Experience integrating physical security (CCTV, access control) with digital monitoring. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+) preferred. • Sound judgment and composure when managing live incidents. • Strong reporting and communication skills for board- and governance-level updates.
