• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers • Ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget • Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet the required quality standards • Develop and implement production schedules and procedures • Train and motivate production staff to ensure that they work effectively and safely • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that materials are available for production • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies • Previous experience in a similar role • Strong leadership and management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality control procedures • Ability to work flexible hours when required
