Interested and eligible insurance companies may submit their bids using one of the following methods: · Hard Copy Submission: Deliver your sealed proposal in an envelope clearly labeled Motor Insurance Cover and your company name to our office address. · Electronic Submission: Email soft-copy proposals to AHECTender@intrahealth.org. Note: Please choose only one submission method. Vendors submitting soft copies should not submit hard copies. All quotations must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. Late submissions will automatically be disqualified from the evaluation process.
