The Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of the Single Digital ID Card Printing and Personalization System and related consumables under the Rwanda Digital Acceleration Project (RDAP). Payments are processed using the Direct Payment disbursement method as defined by the World Bank. Bids will be evaluated with 60% for rated criteria and 40% for bid cost. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$ 200,000) or its equivalent. Find more details in the tender documents.
