Description
The Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply, installation, configuration, customization, and integration of hardware and software components as part of the Rwanda Digital Acceleration Project (RDAP). Bidding is conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations. Evaluation criteria include a 60% weighting for rated criteria (technical and non-price factors) and 40% for bid cost. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Seventy-Five Thousand United States Dollars (US$ 75,000) or its equivalent.
