Driver

The Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport passengers or deliver goods in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. Key duties include performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking oil, fuel, brakes, and tires), maintaining accurate trip records (mileage, fuel consumption, expenses), using GPS or maps for navigation, and ensuring passenger safety and comfort. The role requires assisting with boarding/alighting, loading/unloading cargo, and reporting mechanical issues to maintenance teams. The driver must maintain professionalism, provide courteous service, and address passenger or client inquiries. The position operates in Addis Ababa with regular schedules after a 60-day probation period.

Minimum 10th Grade education; Public-1 or 3rd grade driving license (በአዲሱ ህዝብ-1 ወይም በዱሮው 3ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፍቃድ); Minimum 4 years of proven experience in driving various types of vehicles; Proficient in driving; Commitment to safe driving practices and passenger safety; Language proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English; Effective multitasking and time management capability; Integrity, professionalism, adaptability, efficiency, hardworking attitude, positive attitude, quick learner, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
