Exim Bank Tanzania is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to oversee and grow its corporate and institutional banking portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing client strategies, conducting regular client meetings, analyzing financial statements, and collaborating with internal teams such as credit, treasury, and trade finance to provide tailored financial solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate banking products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients. The Relationship Manager will also play a pivotal role in expanding the bank’s market presence by identifying and pursuing new business leads within the corporate and institutional sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role; strong analytical and financial acumen; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; familiarity with Tanzanian banking regulations and corporate finance principles; prior experience in trade finance and treasury services is an added advantage.
