• Lead the development, accreditation, and implementation of Higher Diploma programs in the assigned specialty area • Coordinate curriculum design, review, and continuous improvement • Provide academic and clinical leadership for the program • Teach, assess, mentor, and supervise Higher Diploma students. • Establish and coordinate clinical training placements and partnerships. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality assurance requirements. • Coordinate program planning, budgeting, reporting, and resource management. • Promote research, innovation, and evidence-based clinical practice. • Build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, professional bodies, and other stakeholders. • Perform any other duties related to specialist clinical training and program development as may be assigned. • Incidentally participate in training in the basic clinical officer training • Curriculum and programme development • Competency-based training and assessment • ⚫Academic and clinical leadership • Competent and passionate trainer
