• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. • Lead, mentor, and motivate the truck sales team to deliver high performance. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the trucking and logistics sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, construction firms, and government agencies. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and financing options with clients to maximize profitability. • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and product launches. • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. • Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in truck or heavy equipment sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, logistics, and fleet management. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
