Job Description
The Senior Risk and Compliance Officer will ensure the Sacco adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities include risk assessment, compliance monitoring, reporting to management, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit. Strong understanding of financial regulations and risk assessment methodologies. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
