Proposed Construction of Classrooms and WASH Infrastructure at Garissa School for the Deaf

ChildFund Kenya invites quotations from eligible and qualified building contractors for the construction of classrooms and WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) infrastructure at Garissa School for the Deaf in Garissa County and Catholic Integrated Primary School in Wajir County. The successful contractor will be responsible for executing the works in accordance with the approved architectural and engineering designs, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), technical specifications, and contract conditions. The project involves the construction of new classrooms to accommodate additional students and the installation of WASH facilities to improve sanitation and hygiene standards at both schools. The contractor must ensure compliance with all Kenyan construction regulations and deliver the project within the stipulated timelines.

Valid registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA); Demonstration of relevant experience in similar institutional building projects; Possession of all mandatory statutory and tax compliance documentation required under Kenyan law; Compliance with technical specifications and contract conditions; Submission of completed tender documents in soft copy format (.doc, .docx, .pdf) with a maximum file size of 128 MB; Adherence to submission instructions and deadlines as outlined in the Request for Quotations (RFQ)
