We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective client acquisition, loan product sales, relationship management, and achievement of branch/organizational sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets. Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Drive acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing customer portfolio. Promote and sell the institution’s loan and other financial products. Identify new markets, business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to customer onboarding and loan disbursement. Conduct regular field visits and support sales officers in client acquisition and relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key business partners. Work closely with the Credit and Collections teams to support quality portfolio growth and timely repayments. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities and recommend appropriate actions. Prepare and submit accurate sales and performance reports to management. Organize sales campaigns, promotions, and community outreach activities. Identify performance gaps and provide continuous coaching and training to sales staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, credit guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements. Promote ethical sales practices and responsible lending.
