Cashier

The Cashier at Tabono Consult Limited is responsible for handling all cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and providing excellent customer service. Primary duties include processing payments, balancing cash drawers, reconciling daily transactions, and maintaining a secure and organized cash handling environment. The role involves interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations. Key deliverables include accurate cash handling, timely reporting of discrepancies, and adherence to company financial policies. The work environment is typically fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and strong numerical skills. This position may also involve occasional training of new staff on cash handling procedures and company protocols.

Minimum Form Four (O-Level) education; at least 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service; proficiency in basic mathematics and arithmetic; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; honesty and integrity in handling cash transactions; basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite); familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an added advantage.
