Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operation Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities. Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery targets. Ensure compliance with quality, safety and industry standards. Optimize processes to improve efficiency, productivity and cost control. Manage inventory, procurement and coordination with suppliers. Lead, train and supervise production and operation teams. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and management departments. Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Engineering, operations Management or related fields. Proven experience as an operation manager or similar role in manufacturing at least 2 years. -Experience in mining equipment’s, heavy machinery, or industrial manufacturing is highly preferred. -Solid understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing and quality system. -Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
