Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply and Logistics professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and distribution. Key responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments to align supply chain activities with project timelines and budget constraints. Additionally, the position involves monitoring market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimizing inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics operations; strong negotiation and communication skills; proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Ethiopian procurement regulations; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; fluency in English and Amharic.
