• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing construction projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. • 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial plant construction, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale building projects. • Proven experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems and industrial equipment. • Experience supervising the installation of production machinery, utilities, piping systems, HVAC, compressed air systems, fire protection systems, and other mechanical infrastructure. • Experience coordinating with civil, electrical, instrumentation, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams throughout project execution. • Sound knowledge of mechanical design, equipment installation standards, preventive maintenance principles, QA/QC procedures, and occupational health and safety requirements. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office applications, and project management software; familiarity with commissioning documentation and procedures is an advantage. • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
