ā¢ Staff directly reporting to this post: None KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Community Sensitization: Responsible for sensitising local leaders, chiefs, political leaders, stakeholders, and other gatekeepers about the project. ā¢ S/he will support the Community-Based Service Providers in the implementation of the programme by providing Technical and Logistical support to community- based structures like the CWACs and WDCs. ā¢ Demonstrated experience with resilience building, case identification, referral pathways, and home visits. ā¢ Experience in working with local key stakeholders. ā¢ Understanding of and experience in the project management cycle is a plus. ā¢ Knowledge of disability inclusion (e. ā¢ Advances equality and inclusion: Cultural humility; ability to work respectfully with traditional and faith leaders.
