• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences, telephone inquiries, and office files; greet and assist visitors and institutional partners • Coordinate staff travel, field vehicle routing, and accommodation booking; assist with local field purchases, sourcing quotes, and maintaining inventory and asset registers • Support tracking of field staff attendance, leave applications, and timesheets; maintain secure personnel files for the Kiryandongo team • Handle venue bookings, catering, stationary provisions, and participant registration during teacher trainings and stakeholder workshops • Provide day-to-day oversight, scheduling, and guidance to the office security guard and cleaner • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience within a fast-paced NGO field environment • Highly organised with exceptional interpersonal communication skills and proficiency across the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, creativity, and willingness to innovate • Upholds and demonstrates YSAT’s values and behaviours
