• Oversee daily center operations to ensure optimal patient throughput and minimal wait times. • Implement and maintain efficient workflows for patient registration, scheduling, imaging, and report dispatch. • Manage the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to guarantee seamless data handling. • Ensure the center maintains a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Diagnostic Imaging, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. • An MBA or a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management will be a distinct advantage. • Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Zambian healthcare landscape, including private insurance dynamics (NHIMA and private providers) and medical referral systems. • Technical Savvy: Strong familiarity with modern radiology modalities (Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI) and IT systems (RIS/PACS). • Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work culture. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, corporate clients, medical professionals, and regulatory bodies.
