Key Responsibilities Client Service: Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival and departure.Communication: Answer multi-line phones, answer client inquiries, and manage emails.Scheduling: Book appointments, surgeries, and boarding sessions efficiently.Records Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate digital patient files.Financial Processing: Check clients out, process payments, and discuss invoices.Triage Support: Identify and prioritize medical emergencies over the phone or in person.Pharmacy Assistance: Handle prescription refill requests for veterinarian approval.Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area. Qualifications & Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or front-desk experience.Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is highly preferred.Software Skills: Familiarity with Excel, Word, and any accounting packageInterpersonal Skills: Deep empathy, especially during stressful or emotional situations.Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
