IT Technical Support

The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and managing IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, CCTV systems, access controls, and UPS systems. The role involves performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all IT equipment. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices; troubleshooting and repairing network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls; managing and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems; performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting of UPS and power backup systems; providing technical support to end-users and resolving IT-related issues promptly; installing and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.) and basic software applications; documenting IT assets, service requests, and resolution processes; and conducting preventive maintenance of all IT equipment to minimize downtime.

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role; strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and CCTV systems; experience with troubleshooting printers, UPS, and other office equipment; knowledge of basic software applications and OS installation; ability to perform basic software troubleshooting and support; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
