• Act as the main coordination point for the Hub, supporting communication and alignment across teams • Provide support to the Regional Managing Director, including meeting planning, minutes, and follow-up actions • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and activities • Work with internal teams, partners, and international colleagues to support delivery • Assist with financial administration (budget tracking, procurement, invoicing) • Support compliance, reporting, and governance activities • Help develop and improve processes and systems as the Hub grows • Support events, meetings, and other key organisational activities • Experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, evolving environment • Basic financial awareness (e.g. budgeting, invoicing, or procurement) • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
