Sales Executive – Title Loans

Job Description

The Sales Executive – Title Loans is responsible for identifying, marketing, and onboarding customers for the Company’s title-backed loan product. This role is fully performance-based, with earnings derived through commission on successful loan disbursements and portfolio performance in accordance with the Company’s commission structure. Key responsibilities include driving business growth by promoting title loan products, generating new customer leads through prospecting, networking, and partnerships, and building a strong sales pipeline. The role involves sourcing qualified customers, educating them on loan eligibility and repayment terms, collecting and verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with company requirements. Additionally, the Sales Executive must maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, monitor repayment performance, and work closely with the Collections Team to minimize defaults. Compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and weekly reporting is mandatory.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Economics, Law, Real Estate, or a related field; minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in selling, processing, or managing Title Loans or other secured lending products; demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and disbursement targets in a title loans or secured lending environment; strong understanding of property title verification, loan documentation, customer onboarding, and the title loan approval process; existing network of potential clients and referral partners within the title loans market is an advantage; excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills; self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision; strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills; high level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using digital systems for reporting and customer management; willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
