• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections. • Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies. • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. • Manage accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger functions. • Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations. • Ensure timely tax compliance and statutory submissions. • Develop and maintain strong internal controls and financial systems. • Provide financial analysis and advisory support to management for strategic decision-making. • Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance performance and accountability. • Grade 12 Certificate. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia, or equivalent. • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
