• Install and set up coffee machines at client site. • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of Machines. • Diagnose and repair mechanical support and training to clients on machine usage. • Keep accurate records of services, repairs, replace and spare parts used. • Offer technical advice and respond to service requests promptly • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Follow safety standards during installation and repair • Report recurring issues to management for preventive solution • Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field • Previous experiences 1-3 years in Repairing and Maintenance coffee machines or similar equipment. • Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, plumbing basics, and mechanical systems. • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems quickly • Good communication skills in English, Kinyarwanda and French is an added advantage. • Willingness to travel for service calls across Rwanda. • High level of integrity, responsibility, and customer services orientation.
