• Coordinate preparation of strategic plans, work plans, and budgets; • Monitor and evaluate programmes and projects; • Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports; • Develop and maintain M&E systems and tools. • Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate • Bachelors of Science Degree in Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation in Economics, Development Studies, Law or related field; • Post Graduate Diploma in M&E will be an added advantage. • Member of the Zambia Institute of Planners. • 2 years post-qualification experience in M & E • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal supervisory role, with demonstrated success in managing team performance, workflows, and operational delivery. • Public Service experience will be an added advantage.
