Tender Notice for Supply and Installation of IT Equipment

ISOKO SACCO GASABO (ISG) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the Supply and Installation of IT Equipment. The procurement is divided into six (6) lots as specified in the schedule of requirements. Bidders may bid for one or multiple lots, and each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. The tender process includes submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, with technical proposals opened publicly and financial proposals remaining sealed until technical evaluation is completed. The contract requires a performance security of ten percent of the total contract value to be provided within seven calendar days of contract signing. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 10,000) deposited to Bank of Kigali Account No. 100193149582 in the name of ISOKO SACCO GASABO.

Legally registered in Rwanda; RDB Certificate; RRA Tax Clearance; RSSB Clearance; Signed declaration of experience confirming completion of at least two similar contracts in the last three years; Signed declaration of financial capacity confirming adequate resources to perform the contract; Bid security of five percent of the total bid price in the form of a Bank Guarantee or from an authorized financial institution; Non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 10,000) deposited to Bank of Kigali Account No. 100193149582 in the name of ISOKO SACCO GASABO.
