Tender Notice for Bid Document for Acquisition of Materials for Value Addition

PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the acquisition and installation of materials for value addition. The tender aims to enhance the operational capacity of the organization by procuring necessary materials that will contribute to value addition in its programs. Bidders are required to obtain tender documents during working hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time) from the PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE Central Secretariat Office. Well-printed and properly bound bids must be submitted to the Executive Director of PRO-FEMMES TWESE and delivered to the secretariat offices by the specified deadline. Duly submitted bids will be publicly opened at a designated time on the same date.

Qualified bidders must submit bids in accordance with the tender documents; proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwandan francs (Frw) to the account No: 1002190104949201 of PRO-FEMMES/TWESE HAMWE opened in ACCESS Bank is required to obtain tender documents; bids must be properly printed, bound, and addressed to the Executive Director; adherence to submission deadline and public opening schedule is mandatory.
