• Lead the design and engineering of solar PV systems, including system layouts, schematics, and technical specifications. • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses. • Prepare detailed design documentation using software such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and Helioscope. • Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC) and local regulatory frameworks. • Manage procurement processes: sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality standards. • Oversee supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and timely delivery of equipment. • Collaborate with project managers, installation teams, and clients to align technical and commercial requirements. • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. • Support commissioning and troubleshooting of solar PV systems when required. • Provide technical and procurement reports to management and stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s degree advantageous). • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solar PV system design and engineering. • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor negotiation. • Proficiency in design software (PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope) and MS Office Suite. • Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies, inverters, batteries, and grid integration.
