Deputy Head of Global Indirect Procurement
Job Description
The overall objective of this mission is to coordinate the development of Global Indirect Procurement activities across MSF entities and support the team to deliver their annual strategic objectives by end of 2026 while ensuring alignment with MSF’s mission and values. This role involves leading a team of procurement professionals, developing procurement strategies, and ensuring that indirect procurement activities are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with MSF’s policies. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to streamline procurement processes and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management; experience in indirect procurement is highly desirable; strong leadership and project management skills; excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English and French; experience with procurement software and tools; ability to work in a multicultural environment; minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
