• Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field • Valid and active HPCZ and/or GNC registration • Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational health, emergency response, site clinics, or remote healthcare environments • Certified training in counselling, psychosocial support, or mental health support will be an added advantage • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ALS, Trauma Care, or Emergency First Aid certification advantageous • Experience in primary healthcare, first aid, occupational health, wellness programmes, or community healthcare initiatives • Strong clinical judgement, interpersonal, counselling, and reporting skills • Ability to work independently in remote and high-pressure operational environments • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality • Valid driver’s licence required • Fluency in English and Bemba • Must be a Zambian National.
