• Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes. • Record and update stock levels in the inventory management system. • Organize and store items safely and systematically to ensure easy retrieval. • Issue stock to departments based on approved requisitions. • Monitor stock levels and report low or expiring items to the supervisor. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times. • Assist with stock counts (monthly, quarterly, and annual). • Ensure compliance with hospital procurement and inventory control procedures. • Serve customers (staff, caregivers, visitors) courteously and efficiently. • Operate the cash register/ ensuring accurate cash handling and receipting. • Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays. • Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock appropriately. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tuck‑shop area. • Support daily sales reconciliation and submit cash to Finance as required. • Assist in identifying fast‑moving and slow‑moving items to guide restocking decisions
