Job Description

Fair Construction is seeking a Site Engineer to lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves overseeing all construction site activities, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring compliance with drawings and company standards. The Site Engineer will enforce company policies on site, plan and control materials and resources, monitor project progress and timelines, and coordinate with design and management teams. Additionally, the role requires maintaining health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering; Minimum 2 years’ experience (ideally 2–5 years); Experience in Hargeisa preferred; Strong leadership and site management skills; Good understanding of construction drawings; Ability to manage teams and deliver projects effectively; Strong communication and organizational skills
