Tender Notice: Construction Supervision Consultancy Services for LGCA ERC Masoro Parish

The Evangelical Restoration Church (ERC Masoro Parish) is seeking qualified and experienced construction supervision consultancy services for Phase 1 of the Life Giving Christian Academy (LGCA) construction project. The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction phase, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project timelines, and budgetary constraints. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, verifying quality control measures, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, preparing progress reports, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The consultancy will work closely with ERC Masoro Parish to deliver a high-quality educational facility that meets the spiritual and educational needs of the community. A mandatory site visit is scheduled to familiarize bidders with the project scope and site conditions.

Qualified companies must demonstrate proven experience in construction supervision consultancy services for educational or similar infrastructure projects; submission of a non-refundable bid fee of 10,000 RWF to ERC KIPM MASORO Bank of Kigali account No 100001958857; proof of payment must be presented when requesting tender documents; mandatory inclusion of a USB flash drive containing full bid documents in the outer envelope; sealed hard-copy submission consisting of one original and one copy of the Technical Proposal and one original and one copy of the Financial Proposal, each in separate sealed envelopes enclosed in one outer envelope; submissions must be delivered to ERC Masoro Parish by August 19th, 2026, at 2:00 pm; late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
