Tender Notice for Supply and Delivery of Office Materials

The Albertine Rift Conservation Society (ARCOS) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of various office materials, including hygiene materials, to its office in Kigali. The tender aims to procure essential supplies to support the organization's operations in the Albertine Rift region, Africa Great Lakes, and African Mountains. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the materials in accordance with the specifications outlined in the tender documents. The procurement process is open to all interested bidders under equal conditions, with bidding documents available for a limited period. The tender is being re-advertised, and all eligible bidders are encouraged to participate. ARCOS is a regional conservation organization focused on biodiversity conservation and natural resource management.

Bidders must submit a complete bid package including the title and reference number of the tender, the name of the bidding company, and be enclosed in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender title and reference number; bids must be written in English and submitted in a properly bound document; bidders must not have an active contract with ARCOS to be eligible; a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF must be paid to obtain the tender documents; proof of payment must be presented when requesting the documents.
