• Operate front-end loaders and motor graders safely and efficiently. • Carry out road grading, maintenance, and site preparation. • Load, transport, and spread materials as required. • Conduct daily equipment inspections before and after use. • Perform basic maintenance checks and report any faults. • Maintain equipment logbooks, including fuel usage and operating hours. • Follow African Parks’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. • Report hazards, incidents, and equipment breakdowns promptly. • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Roads Manager or Supervisor. • Grade 12 Certificate. • Valid Heavy Equipment Operator Certificate. • Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred). • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience operating: Front-end Loaders Motor Graders
