• Your Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: Support the planning, promotion, and coordination of community meetings, events, and outreach programmes. • Support the collection, recording, and analysis of community feedback, grievances, and stakeholder sentiment. • Identify community groups and support the development of partnerships and collaborations that promote genuine community empowerment. • Support the implementation and monitoring of community development initiatives and programmes. • Support the Community Liaison team in maintaining positive and constructive relationships with local communities, traditional leaders, and other stakeholders. • Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Adult Education or a related discipline. • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Strong appreciation and understanding of local cultural dynamics, traditions, norms, and community values, with the ability to build genuine trust and maintain respectful relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively in at least one local language, preferably Kaonde or Lunda.
