We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Training Specialist Location: Ijaye, Abule Egba - Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Training planning and Development: developing and preparing training programs, lesson plans, presentations and learning materials. Training Delivery:Conducting training sessions through classroom, virtual and practical learning methods to ensure participants understands and apply the required skill and knowledge. Coaching and Support: Provide guidance, coaching and contructive feedback to participant to help improve their performance. Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture. Requirements Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concept in simple and understandable manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong assesment and evaluation skillss. Ability to work under pressure and meet training deadlines.
