Relationship Officer

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating credit applications, assessing the creditworthiness of clients, and making informed lending decisions. This role involves analyzing financial statements, conducting risk assessments, and preparing detailed credit reports for approval by senior management. The analyst will work closely with relationship managers to ensure accurate and timely credit decisions while maintaining compliance with NBC Bank’s credit policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role includes monitoring existing credit facilities to identify potential risks and recommending appropriate actions to mitigate them.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a related financial role; strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools; knowledge of banking regulations and credit policies; excellent communication and report-writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
