Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and operations of the Mombasa branch, including sales, customer service, and staff management. This role involves setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will act as the primary liaison between the branch and the head office, providing regular reports on performance and operational challenges. Strong leadership and business acumen are essential for this role.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; minimum of 7 years of experience in retail, sales, or branch management; proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams; excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.
