Trainer

The Trainer will deliver community-based training programs focused on soft skills development, business development, and entrepreneurship to empower women in self-employment. Key responsibilities include designing and facilitating training sessions, developing training materials, assessing participant progress, and providing mentorship to women entrepreneurs. The role requires strong facilitation skills to engage diverse communities and stakeholders, ensuring that training programs are accessible and impactful. The trainer will also collaborate with local organizations and community leaders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. This position plays a critical role in supporting women to build sustainable livelihoods through entrepreneurship.

College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Social Science field; At least four (4) years of experience delivering community training in soft skills, preferably in business development or entrepreneurship; Fluency in Amharic is required; Fluency in Afaan Oromo is required; Strong facilitation and community training skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work effectively with diverse communities and stakeholders
