We are seeking a skilled Shopify Design Specialist with expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance our online store's design and functionality. The role involves developing and implementing design solutions on the Shopify platform while adhering to brand guidelines and conversion principles. You will conduct rapid, test-driven design iterations to optimize user engagement and conversion rates, manage larger projects such as Product Detail Page (PDP) and store build initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design strategies that enhance overall store performance. This position requires a strong understanding of CRO techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
