Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Support employee relations and address workplace concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance documentation. Support employee training and development initiatives. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Assist with leave, attendance, contracts, employee movements, and other HR administration activities. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data. Support compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies. Perform other HR-related duties as required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.Relevant experience in human resources or HR administration.Good knowledge of HR practices and employment procedures.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. <
