The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to drive growth and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities Business Growth: Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners to promote Flamingo Care’s services. Campaign Management: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns (both online and offline). Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Digital Presence: Manage company social media pages and respond to inquiries from prospective clients. Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to help improve our service offerings. Reporting: Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for management to track progress against targets. Requirements Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in the healthcare or service industry is a plus). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili. Digital Skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook) and basic computer applications. Personal Traits: A proactive “go-getter” attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a professional appearance.
