Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Construction of Garowe Community Cohesion & Green Cultural Park

The Garowe Municipality is inviting qualified bidders to submit proposals for the construction of a community cohesion and green cultural park in Garowe. The project aims to enhance social cohesion and promote environmental sustainability through the development of a public park. The scope includes site preparation, landscaping, construction of cultural facilities, installation of green infrastructure, and other related works. The successful bidder will be responsible for executing the project in accordance with the provided technical specifications and timelines. The project will require coordination with local authorities, including the Garowe Mayor and Chief Engineer, for site visits and compliance verification. The bidder must ensure all deliverables meet the outlined standards and are completed within the specified duration.

Bidders must submit a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal as two separate password-protected PDF files; Technical Proposal must include a Site Visit Certificate signed by the Chief Engineer and Garowe Mayor; Bidders must attend the Bidder’s Conference on 15 July 2026; Bidders must provide a valid bid bond or security deposit; Experience in similar construction projects, particularly in cultural or community facilities, is required; Proof of registration and licensing as a construction contractor in Somalia or internationally; Financial capacity to undertake the project; Submission of all required documents in sealed envelopes to the Garowe Municipality Office by the deadline; Compliance with all tender conditions and regulatory requirements.
