Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Company's financial management, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, and compliance functions, while providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies to align with company goals, leading annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads, conducting financial analysis and modeling to provide data-driven insights, and ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. The role involves reviewing and analyzing financial reports to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, overseeing tax planning, compliance, and filing for all company entities, and managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure sufficient funds for operations and investments. Additionally, the Finance Manager will monitor and optimize the company’s capital structure, manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, and implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. The position requires developing and maintaining a strong internal control framework to safeguard company assets, identifying and mitigating financial risks, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. The Finance Manager will also oversee internal and external audit processes, lead and mentor the finance team, set goals and KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs to support team growth. Process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial operations, selection and implementation of financial software and tools, and collaboration with IT and other departments to automate processes and enhance data integrity are also key aspects of the role. The Finance Manager will serve as a key point of contact for finance-related matters across departments and with external partners, prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to the executive team and stakeholders, and provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives, investments, and expansion plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is highly preferred; Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles; Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis; Experience in preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with local regulations and accounting standards; In-depth knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and filing procedures; Experience in managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; Familiarity with capital structure optimization and banking relationships; Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle); Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to mentor and develop finance team members; Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure; Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management practices; Experience in overseeing audit processes; Ability to identify process improvements and implement automation tools.
