• Confirm daily attendance, staff movement, and client business visits. • Identify and assess potential entrepreneurs through visits to their businesses and residences. • Verify required documents such as trading licenses, land agreements, tenancy agreements, spouse consent forms, nominee details, and guarantor information. • Prepare and complete loan disbursement documentation. • Collect all necessary documents from clients for loan processing. • Ensure timely repayment of monthly loan installments through mobile money or bank payments. • Prepare reports, target plans, and progress reports. • Conduct post-disbursement visits to borrowers. • Carry out frequent field visits to monitor loan utilization and quality of disbursement. • Liaise with Area Managers and lawyers regarding legal documentation. • Prepare weekly and monthly loan disbursement requisitions. • Ensure quality disbursement and effective overdue loan recovery. • Report borrower or dependent deaths promptly to insurance providers. • Follow up on written-off loans and ensure recovered funds are deposited appropriately. • Adhere to the Microfinance Code of Conduct and treat clients respectfully.
