Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning cleaning duties and preparing staff work schedules. Conduct thorough inspections of rooms, offices, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for housekeeping employees to enhance their skills and productivity. Oversee the proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment requests to avoid shortages. Report maintenance issues, repairs, and safety hazards to the appropriate departments promptly. Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operations to maintain a safe environment. Respond professionally and promptly to cleaning requests and complaints from staff or clients. Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, attendance, and inventory reports to ensure compliance and transparency. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new housekeeping staff as needed.

Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Experience supervising cleaning operations in a hotel, hospital, office, school, or similar environment is an advantage.
